Circulation Heaters
Compact Range
The compact heaters are based on an exclusive fluid heating process.
The heating element is embedded in an aluminum block, thus avoiding any contact with the liquid to be heated, making it completely insensitive to corrosion and giving it an exceptional lifespan.
Modular system easy to implement, these heaters are more compact than those with conventional immersion heaters.

Circulation Heaters - Compact Range

Due to its design, this heater technology makes it possible to eliminate any risk of corrosion of the immertion heater and give it an increased lifespan, the element not being in contact with the fluid.
A versatile system, it is suitable for heating water, oil, heat transfer fluids and hydrocarbons… It is commonly used to maintain the lubricant temperature of engine power generator.
- Electric heating element (tubular type) embedded in a compact aluminium overmolding, .
- Integrated thermal safety
- Inlet and outlet flanges: 4 different shapes (Modular technology allowing custom-made manufacturing)
- Connection box:
- Simple, protecting the connectors from the heating elements, or
- Fitted with a control probe, optional.
- Stainless steel feet.
- Possibility of connecting a pump at the end
.
Operation :
The compact heater is in the form of a finned tube inside, allowing the passage of the fluid to be heated. The energy, dissipated in the aluminum mass, is transmitted by thermal conduction to the fins and through this to the fluid in contact.
This principle makes it possible, at equal power, to increase the exchange surface and therefore to reduce the power density of the heating element. As the surface temperature is reduced, there is a limitation of the mineral precipitation effect, thus eliminating the main cause of failure of conventional immersion heaters.
.
2 types of assembly are available:
- Installation in single flow system :
Assembled between two flanges, the compact heater is directly crossed by the fluid which only circulates in one direction. A tube closes off the central part in order to optimize the passage through the heat exchange fins.
.
- Assembly in double flow system :
The compact heater is assembled between a blind flange and a specific connection flange. The fluid is conveyed through a central tube towards the other end of the exchanger and returns towards the first end of the exchanger through the heat exchange fins.
Custom made : The heaters are design according to your specifications, subject to a feasibility study. Below is a summary of the main features:
