Mica strip heaters
Made up of a heating element electrically isolated by 2 mica layers, the mica strip heaters can be protected by a metal sheath or left without sheath. They are supplied by a direct outlet or under a hood.
This technology allows many shaping possibilities: rectangular, circular, trapezoidal, L-shaped or U-shaped …
Used for direct heating of trays or tanks, mica strip heaters must be clamped against the surface to be heated to transmit heat.

Mica strip heaters
Made up of a heating element electrically isolated by 2 mica layers, the strip heaters can be protected by a metal sheath or left bare.
- Max temperature on the body of the heater : 340 ° C , depending on the conditions of use;
- Nickel-chromium heating wire, insulated by mica layers ;
- Brass profile with folded ends for encapsulated strip heaters, in aluminized sheet or stainless steel for sealed heaters, depending on the conditions of use.
- Power supply wires, terminals, pins, with or without cover;
- Ranges of mica strip heaters stored or manufactured to measure according to your specifications: power, voltage, dimensions, specific shapes (cylindrical or conical), in one piece or in several parts, with or without cutouts….
