Heating of IBC / IBC Containers and Accessories for Drums

Tarpaulins designed for heating products stored in 1000 liter tanks .

Resistances equipped with 2 to 3 independent heating zones depending on the model, with their own regulation.

• This system makes it possible to adapt the heating power to the volume of liquid located in the IBC, by cutting off the heating of the upper zones as soon as the level of liquid is lower than the latter.
• the different regulation zones allow an even temperature distribution over the entire height of the tarpaulin.

• Regulation by adjustable thermostat. 2 ranges available: 0 to 40°C or 0 to 90°C , depending on the model;
  
• Low load allowing the heating of particularly sensitive products. (> 0.1W/cm2)
• Heating element fixed on a water-resistant teflon-coated polyester frame, and protected by 2 polyester frames.
• Heating by 2 to 3 independent circuits , 1000W each , depending on models.
• Thermal insulation
• Tightening by adjustable strap in length and locking clips.
• Double electrical insulation, requiring no earth connection
• Power supply: 230 Vac mono.
• Cables, rubber insulated under neoprene sheath, length 3 or 4 m depending on the model.
• IP40 protection
