Circulation Heaters
These heaters are used to heat fluids in circulation, liquids (sanitary water, oil, etc.) or gas (air, etc.).
Consisting of an immersion heater inserted in a tubular vessel, they are equipped with an inlet and outlet flanges which the liquid flows. For higher powers capacity, several heating vessels can be mounted in series.
In addition to our standard ranges for heating water and oil up to 110°C, we also produce custom models adapted to your needs.

Circulation fluid heaters custom made to your needs
- Circulating heaters - Classic range : In this technology, the fluid circulating in the vessel is heated in direct contact with the immersion heater. Our DN50 and DN80 ranges for water and oil heating can deliver a power of 35 kW max. Custom made designs for higher powers or other types of fluids. These models, equipped as standard with thermal safety, can also be equipped with thermal insulation.
- Circulation heaters - Compact range : The immersion heater is embedded in an aluminum block, thus avoiding any contact with the liquid to be heated and making it extremely resistant to corrosion . These models are commonly used for warming up engine blocks.

Their fields of application are multiple, from heating food products with demineralised water, to more sensitive products such as hydrocarbons or oils.
