A control loop adapted to your process
- Temperature sensors: We offer many models of thermocouples and platinum probes (Pt100) , kept in stock. In various shapes, they adapt to your process: bayonet, elbow, sleeved, screw-on, for surface measurement, with connection head, etc. They must be connected to a controller for interpretation of the measurements and control of the heating process.
- Temperature control: We offer different temperature managment systems ( controllers or thermostats ) or current regulation ( power regulator). Acim Jouanin supports you in the determination of the appropriate model for your process, from component to turnkey system (control panel and electrical cabinet ) integrating power supply, temperature regulation, safety management, etc.
- Accessories: In addition to your electric heating element, we offer the necessary equipment for its power supply, its thermal insulation and various other accessories.
Applications
In addition to the classic J and K thermocouples , we also offer suitable models for other temperature ranges ( type N, T thermocouples, etc.).
For processes involving numerous setpoint variations, we offer programmer controllers ensuring 12 steps of ramps and holding stages .
They can also be fitted with RS485 communication modules to exchange with the PLC or analog input for external setpoint reading.
Chains of control are present in many fields: plastics processing, research laboratories, food & beverage, aeronautics industry, food industry, renewable energy, etc.
