Classic Range
Circulation heaters, also called in-line heaters, allow the rapid heating of fluids passing through the vessel, by being in contact with an immersion heater.
They have many applications, from heating domestic or demineralized water to sensitive products such as fuel oil or oil.
In addition to the predefined versions, Acim Jouanin develops and manufactures custom-made heaters , specifically adapted to the nature and temperature of the heated product.

In addition to the predefined versions, Acim Jouanin develops and manufactures custom-made heaters , specifically adapted to the nature and temperature of the heated product.
The heaters in our predefined ranges are intended for heating water (sanitary, softened or recycled) or oil:
- Max temperature fluid temperature of 110°C for water heaters of the predefined range.
- Max temperature fluid temperature of 200°C for the oil heaters of the predefined range.
- Bare or insulated models protected by a metal jacket.
Circulating Heaters - Classic Range
Acim Jouanin offers 2 predefined ranges:
- DN50 vessel fitted with M45 immersion heaters.
- DN80 vessel fitted with M77 immersion heaters.

Technical characteristics :
- Heating body (capacity) in steel protected by galvanized paint or 304 stainless steel , depending on the model.
- Inlet and outlet tapping, threaded, located at the 2 ends of the vessel. Connections with flange on request.
- Standard screw-in immersion heater consisting of heating elements, in incoloy 800 for water or 321 stainless steel for oil, brazed on a brass or stainless steel plug depending on the model.
- Connection box in IP55 aluminum or IP65 polycarbonate , depending on the application.
- Bimetallic safety Thermostat with automatic reset 110°, positioned on top of the vessel. Lg son 1000 mm.
- Adjustable mounting brackets, for wall mounting.

All the models described above can be insulated with rock wool,protected by a stainless steel jacket .
We also make custom heaters to heat to temperatures above 110°C or other types of fluids. Refer to the Product Range tab to view some examples of special designs.
Predefined scales
Models intended for use in a horizontal position.
- DN 50 models:
- M45x200 screw-in immersion heater and connection by M4 threaded terminals.
- 1″1/2 female inlet and outlet tapping.
- Power: 1 to 12 kW (models for water, charged at 10 W/cm² , 110°C max), 750 W at 3kW (models for oil, charged at 2.5 W/cm² , 200°C max)
- Voltage 230/400 V three-phase
- Use 10 bar max .

- DN 80 models:
- Screw-in immersion heater M77x200 and connection by threaded terminals M6
- 2″ female inlet and outlet tapping.
- Power: 3 to 35 kW (models for water, charged at 10 W/cm² , 110 °C max), 2 to 6 kW (models for oil charged at 2.5 W/cm² , 200 °C max)
- Voltage 230/400 V three-phase, then 400/690 V three-phase above 24 kW
- Use 10 bar max .

Custom manufacturing : We also produce heaters with specific finishes or custom manufacturing according to your specifications, subject to a feasibility study. You will find below a non-exhaustive list of these characteristics:
- For fluid temperatures between 100 and 200°C :
- the power supply boxes must be spaced from the capacity in order to preserve the connections.
- The vessels are then equipped with a 50/200°C adjustable thermostat, protected by a small cover, mounted on a foot, strapped to the vessel body.
- Addition of a drain tapping, tapping for regulation probe
- All stainless steel heater, non-standard shade
- Immersion heater fitted with a safety thermostat under the thermowell.
- For a highly corrosive environment , we also offer heaters with body-mounted collars.
- Specific vessels treatment: pickling – passivation, PTFE coating, etc.,
- Vertical mounting

In order to increase the installed power while maintaining the load (W/cm²) and the initial size, we can associate several heaters in series, up to 4 bodies.
