Digital PID controllers

The 48CSP2E (black front) or 48CSP3A (red front) temperature controllers operate in PID mode, allowing precise regulation. They are equipped with a logic output for controlling static relays and relay outputs for electromechanical contactors and alarms.

Built-in controllers, format 48×48 mm , they are equipped with a double display.
Their universal input accepts thermocouples, PT100 probe, 4-20 mA, 0-10 V.

  • 48CSP2E Temperature Controller: 2 outputs (1 logic + 1 relay)
  • 48CSP3A Temperature Controller: 3 outputs (1 logic and 2 relay outputs)

Programmable versions or versions with additional functions (Retransmission of measurement mesure value, remote sepoint, LBA, HBA, etc.) are also available, do not hesitate to contact us.

Solid State Relays

Solid-state relays, electronic power units, allow rapid switching of electrical heating elements without the risk of arc wear or destruction of the switch. Controlled by digital controllers, they make it possible to obtain stability and a very high precision of control.

2 models are available as Standard Stock: 25 A or 40 A , for a voltage between 24 and 480 Vac.
Other models can switch higher intensities, up to 120 A.

ON/OFF Temperature Controllers

Models in the 48C200 series (grey front) operating in ON/OFF mode, can be used as main controller or as a safety regulator, on the front or in the back of the cabinet.

Panel mounting controllers, casing 48 x 48 mm , they are suitable for piloting electromechanical contactors.
Measurement input for J or K thermocouple depending on the model.

Thermostats

Single-pole bulb and capillary control thermostats operate on the principle of expansion of the liquid contained in the bulb brought to measure the temperature.

They make it possible to regulate in ON/OFF control a set temperature marked on the button, according to a differential of rearmament (interval of measurement).

Bimetallic Power Regulators

The powers regulators make it possible to control the heating in open loop, ie by manually adjusting the power of the heating elements. They cyclically cut the power supply to the heating elements, over specified durations for each graduation of the adjustment button, which makes it possible to modulate the average power.

Connected between the power supply and the heating resistance, they eliminate the need for a temperature sensor.

  • We offer a standard range, of several powers, available in stock.
    These models, supplied with 230 Vac single-phase or 400V three-phase, meet the needs of low power up to 27 kW.
