Widely used in industry and commonly used up to 340 ° C, our flat shielded mica resistors are made to measure with various shapes, sizes and connections.

Equipped with protection against material penetration, these flat resistors are mainly used in the field of plastics.

  • Brass profile, with folded ends. Waterproof technology , excluding connection termination.

  • Connection by brazed cover .
  • Power supply via multi-conductor cable insulated with siliconized glass silk + earth wire, protected by a galvanized steel braid

The waterproof shielded mica dishes are made to measure, according to your specifications. Below is a summary of the main technical data:

  • Length: 80 to 450 mm (resistances under waterproof profile). Beyond that up to 1180 mm (waterproof resistances). Manufacture greater than 1200 mm, according to feasibility study.

Unshielded Mica Plates (PMNB)

Technical characteristics

Flat resistors intended to be pressed against metal parts, such as trays, for heating or welding uses and which do not require a protective metal casing around the resistance.

  • Heating structure insulated by 2 sheets of mica, without metallic protection.
  • Connection: wires or multicore cable
  • Made-to-measure fabrications with various shapes and sizes.
  • Max load on the body of the flat resistance: 2 W / cm²
  • Maximum temperature on the body of the flat resistance: 340 ° C. These parameters depend on the conditions of use and the type of output.

The unshielded mica dishes are made to measure, according to your specifications. Below is a summary of the main technical data:

  • Length: 50 to 1100 mm
  • Width: 20 to 600 mm
  • Thickness: 1.2 mm , excluding connectors.
  • Connections: Multi-conductor wires or cable.
  • Voltage: 230 V single phase, as standard. Other achievable voltage, 500 V maximum.
    These resistors are not provided with a ground wire . You need to ground them, through your environment.
