Technical characteristics

Unlike traditional cartridges heaters for which we recommend an H7 bore, split cartridges are intended for irregular bore holes.

This technology allows uniform heating over the entire length of the shielding, without a non-heating zone at the bottom of the cartridge.

Main characteristics :

  • High quality magnesia insulated heating wire
  • Metal shield in incoloy , folded in on itself and strongly compressed.
  • Connection by wires or threaded terminals.

They can also be equipped with various connectors and specific accessories: thermocouple, wire guide to prevent any untimely tearing, fixing flange, etc.
